The Ministry of Education wants to hear from grade 10-12 students about the impact of COVID-19 on their learning. This survey will be emailed to all B.C. Secondary Schools to be distributed to their grade 10-12 student and parent contact lists this week, and will be open throughout July.

Students are asked to complete this survey only once.   A. Willock Information Systems (AWIS) is an authorized service provider and a trusted contractor distributing this survey on behalf of the Ministry of Education.

The purpose of this survey is to help our schools and the Ministry of Education better understand the effects of the suspension of in-class instruction due to COVID-19 on their learning.  This survey is voluntary, and a response is encouraged, not required.  Please do not provide any third-party information (e.g., talk about others) in your responses to the survey.  Students are welcome to pass the survey link on to other grade 10–12 BC public and independent school students for their individual use.  If you have any questions, please contact Jessica Olsen at Jessica.Olsen@gov.bc.ca.
